Introduction of PPR/FRP Three Layers Pipe Extrusion Line:
Inner / out layer adopt PPR raw material and middle layer is fiber Glass reinforced resin the specialized extruder for glass fiber reinforced plastics, double metal screw and barrel, it ensures high speed extrusion and long service life of extruder.
Special designed co-extrusion die head ensures even thickness of three layers; each of them can be adjusted freely. Excellence: this kind of PPR & FRP Pipe has features of high compressive strength, non-deformation under high temperature, non-bending and extreme small longitudinal shrinkage rate, completely solving the serious defects of deformation of PPR pipe after transmitting hot water.
Features of PPR/FRP/PPR Pipe Extrusion Machine:
1. Adopt PLC control and simple operation .
2. Adopt Electric-magnetic heater which can save 40% -60% electric power for customer .
3. All Electric Part (breaker/motor/relay /Inverter and so on ) is Siemens/Schneider/Omron
4. Adopt Gravity Feeding System
5. This line includes three extruders. The fist and second extruder to extrude outer /inner of PPR/FRP/PPR Three Layer Pipe . the last extruder extrude middle layer which is fiber glass .
6. Material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen quenched which the thickness layer 0.4-0.7mm; Hardness of screw barrel: >940 HV;
7. Unique grooved structure feed bush with force cooling system that is specially designed by Friend co. which can increase output at 15-20%.
8. The water cooling tank has a set of automatically control water temperature and water level . it can save lot of water and improve production efficiency .
9. Haul off and cutting machine is consist of PLC control system . Control is simple/ the operation speed is fast/ saving manpower and time.
