Anhui Sentai WPC New Material Co., Ltd. under Anhui Sentai Group,established in December 2006, is a high-tech private enterprises,located in Guangde County, the Hometown of Bamboo in China, producing wood-plastic-composite material which mainly to be used in outdoor park/terrace/balcony/railing/fencing and other structures. The factory covers 150000sqm, around 700 workers , and 78 extruding lines, its production capacity reaches 40000T per year and offer more than 80 different products. Sentai put great effort to invest R&D centre and famous universities joint it to develop new green and energy-saving materials. We use modern biological technology with specially formula to combine mainly bamboo/wood powder and recycled HEPE to a new material called wood-plastic-composite. It’s formaldehyde free,no radiation,no pollution,can be recycled, and more,totally green.Containing the natural fibre, a stronger anti-UV (ultraviolet) performance become one of the main features and better performance of thermal expansion and contraction, and as easy as wood to be processed, and different profile designed by moulds. Due to all these advantages, the wood-plastic-composite is ideal replacement for Wood,Plastic,Steel, Aluminium and other composite materials. As its efficient usage of the recycled material, it offer a perfect solution for the wasted plastic material and the timber industry waste.
